If you were to purchase a set of new knives separately, you would find that you would pay far more than if you bought a Henckels Block Set. Even though you pay less for the block set, the quality and durability of Henckels knife remains in tack. If you been buying your kitchen tools at Walmart or Kmart, then it’s time to upgrade to the Henckels line of cutlery.
